Cooking?

Having a lazy Saturday morning reading through some blogs looking for a little cooking inspiration. Haven't felt like cooking all week, just too pre-occupied with stressful financial arrangements and looking for a reasonably priced, trustworthy second hand car. I've been to more second hand dodgy car dealers this week than I would ever wish to visit in a lifetime. Sometimes thrifty living rapidly loses its appeal and this is one area were I could seriously use an injection of cash. Maybe some cake cooking will take my mind off it all.
