Cardamom Twists
The cardamom twists are out of the oven and are a success! I used wholemeal spelt flour so they are probably a little denser and also added a touch of cinnamon to the cardamom mix. The recipe was easy and the result quite delicious so these will be made again.
Had a go at driving the current hire car today (a new Ford Fiesta). After being a loyal VW fan, I have to say that it was exceptionally comfortable to drive, won't want to go back to driving an old banger! Popped into a vintage fair but didn't stay long. There were a few interesting stalls and I bought an old George and Alexandra coronation plate and some pretty 1950s glasses for a few pounds.
