Spelt and Spices

I've long fancied the look of Scandinavian cinnamon buns (I must have 'liked' hundreds of photos of them on Instagram) but have never made them. Scandilicious has an interesting variant of these on her blog using cardamom, so I thought I'd give them ago as her recipe uses spelt flour. They require a little prep so the dough has been made today and is now sitting in the fridge, allowing the yeast to do its work, before baking tomorrow.
